At our creekside, every year come a family of geese. They must feel comfortable with us as this morning the entire family was upon the trail leading up to where Noisemaker and I reside.Yes, geese do leave a mess behind - from their behinds. I can live with that. To see the lil babies and how the parents protected them was priceless.
We have families of eagles here. The adult geese spread their wings over the babies when the eagles fly by.
